Ps 85:6-10

6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? 7 Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation. 8 I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. 9 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land. 10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

I do not worry about the actions of those who do not believe that Jesus is the Son of the Living God. They will always act in accordance with their true nature. I expect their deeds to be evil and to be apposed to the Word of God and the natural order by which God created the universe and mankind.  I will fear no evil (Ps 23:4). The key to REVIVAL is not in the hand of those who are unregenerate but those who name the name of Jesus, those who confess that Jesus is Lord.

Whether we see a REVIVAL in our land is based on 2 Chron 7:14:      If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
